Introducing Canadian Club Chairman’s Select Maple #CONTEST

Canadian Club has recently launched Canadian Club Chairman’s Select Maple Liqueur. This is an instant Canadian classic.  Not your typical whisky, this spirit blends smooth-tasting Canadian Club Premium 1858 whisky and the sweetness of maple. IMG_6405I love the smoothness of the whisky. It makes the perfect straight-up shot, specially when served ice cold. Hey, Mexicans have tequila, why can’t Canadians have this? “The Sappy Bastard” shot is perfect as a dessert after a dinner party, or sipping during game night with friends. The whisky has the sweet aroma of maple syrup and toasted oats. It has a velvety mouth feel and it has notes of oak, spice and maple.

For the rest of the country stuck with another six weeks, try the Maple Cider cocktail:

  • 1.5 oz Canadian Club Maple
  • 2.0 oz apple cider
  • hot water
  • a touch of butter

  • Drizzle on top of ice cream
  • Mix with BBQ sauce and spread over ribs before grilling
  • Make a marinate for salmon
