LIFT is now open at YVR Airport

Fans of LIFT’s Downtown location are now able to enjoy their delicious West Coast Menu while waiting for their flights at YVR Airport.

Located in the International Departures Terminal – after security – The restaurant opens early (7 am) and closes late (1 am). It also offers an award-winning selection of BC wines and handcrafted cocktails.

The restaurant has a lot of wood and chrome accents that make the dining room unique, but it’s the wrap-around aquarium that really stands out.

Some of the menu items not to miss include the Spicy Albacore Tuna Roll – with avocado, tobiko, and sweet soy – a good introduction to our Vancouver take on sushi.

All the dishes are made with Ocean-Wise certified fish and shellfish. The LIFT team is lead by  Chef Soojin Park and has created a restaurant experience that represents Vancouver’s West Coast flavours beautifully; leaving a lasting impression to travellers from around the globe.

The menu, which mostly consists of tapas and share plates, does include some scrumptious mains, such as the Braised Beef Short Rib with sweet onion and pea veloute, roasted yams and pearl onion succotash.

Check them out next time you’re at YVR, and take a piece of home with you (in your belly).
