With January half-way done, some of us may be finding it a tad hard to keep the new year’s resolutions we made ourselves. Fear not, if you’re looking for help staying committed to a healthier and better you, attending this year’s Wellness Show might be the inspiration you’re looking for.

This year’s show offerings include over 250 vendors, cooking and fitness demonstrations and speakers that will offer new approaches to nutrition, fitness, physical and emotional well-being.

Some highlights include:

The Women’s Panel – a forum of empowering discussion with Dt. Joti Samra, Mary Zilba and Lorna Vanderhaeghe relating to mental health. They will share insights and anecdotes through their careers, family and personal lives and answer thought-provoking questions from moderator Johanna Ward.

Celebrity Cooking Stage – Some of the celebrities offering demos this year include Chef Hidekazu Tojo – from celebrated Vancouver restaurant Tojo’s, David Wood – author of Cooking with Friends, and bloggers/authors Jeremy Inglett and Adrian Harris from The Food Gays amongst others.

Healthy Family Zone – An opportunity for you and your family to explore the joys of table tennis, and maybe a bit of friendly competition.
