If you ever wanted to learn how to create haute cuisine at home, The Art Club Theatre Company can help with their Celebrity Cooking Classes. These are intimate four-course dinners held at private residences throughout Vancouver, where you, as a guest can learn the latest trends in food and wine. Not only these events are fun and educational, they also raise funds for the not-for-profit theatre company.
Guest will have access to some of Vancouver’s most sought-after culinary talents, such as Jefferson Alvarez, of Fraîche Restaurant, Tom Lee, of Edible Canada and my celebrity chef crush, Anthony Sedlak from The American Cheesesteak Co., Food Network chef and host of The Main.
The classes started in May, but there are still some spots available for the classes hosted by the chefs I mentioned above. These classes are guaranteed to celebrate good food, inspire and educate.
All classes start at 6 PM. This is the remaining schedule:
June 19 Jefferson Alvarez, Fraîche Restaurant wine pairings from Mission Hill Family Estate
June 26 Anthony Sedlak, The American Cheesesteak Co., Food Network chef and host of The Main wine pairings from Mission Hill Family Estate
July 18 Tom Lee, Edible Canada at the Market wine pairings from Ganton & Larsen Prospect Winery
