The Coming Home Cafe  is located on 6th Street in Upper New Westminster. The cafe is small, charming and has a homey atmosphere.

It also serves great coffee! Kicking Horse Coffee is certified organic and fair trade. It has a strong, bold taste.

The coffee and water are self-served. Just like at home.

The dishes are all served a la carte, with many options to chose from such as hash browns, fresh fruit, etc.

If visiting this place for brunch on a weekend, I highly recommend the Kick Ass Bennies ($9.00). These bennies are packed full of flavour, using cheese scones as a base instead of English muffins. (Genius!). The Hollandaise sauce is made fresh and carries a bit of a kick, which is nice.  For an extra $3 get the house-made hash browns.

The hash brows are so good! Made in small batches, they come packed with veggies, and spices. Trust me, get the hash browns.

Some other good brunch items include the Breaky Quesadilla ($7.50) 2 eggs, cheese, veggies, meat and Mexican Spice grilled in a
flour tortilla.
