Brewery & the Beast Vancouver returns August 30, and tickets are already moving. More than 60 restaurants, chefs, and drink partners will transform Concord Pacific Place. They will create an all-you-can-savour afternoon. This event defines summer in this city.

The lineup is already stacked

The first wave of restaurants has dropped, and it’s a strong one.

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar leads with polished West Coast classics. Good Thief was newly awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand. Osteria Savio Volpe and Osteria Elio Volpe bring that handmade, comfort-driven Italian energy. Torafuku pushes bold, creative flavours.

Then there’s Anh and Chi. They are always a crowd favourite. There are also collaborations like Basta Barbecue x Farmer’s Apprentice. These lean into open-fire cooking and seasonal ingredients.

More vendors will be announced in the coming months. However, this is already enough to know you’re going to eat very well.

All you can savour, no decisions required

From 2 pm to 5 pm, it’s a steady rhythm of plates, pours, and music.

The format is simple. Unlimited food. A wide mix of drinks including craft cocktails, beer, cider, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. You move from one station to the next, try something unexpected, go back for what you loved, and keep going.

VIP if you want to level it up

The VIP Experience shifts things just enough to make a difference.

You get in an hour early, which means time with chefs and bartenders before the crowds build. There’s a fresh shucked oyster station, full-service bars, and a private shaded lounge when you need a break. Add premium restrooms and a dedicated DJ, and it’s a more relaxed way to take it all in.

Live music and guest DJs entertain throughout the afternoon. They give the whole event a pulse, keeping it moving without feeling rushed.

More than just a food festival

Brewery & the Beast has always been tied to something bigger than the food.

The festival has been making contributions since its launch in 2012. It has contributed over $185,000. This supports organizations like The Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia, Mind the Bar, and Backpack Buddies.

It supports culinary scholarships, food security programs, and mental health initiatives within the hospitality industry. It’s built into the DNA of the event.

Brewery & the Beast will also stop in Calgary on August 23. It will then stop on Vancouver Island on September 27. Finally, it will be in Toronto on July 26 for its first East Coast event.
