This post is long overdue.

This last summer my taste buds and I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa Lanziner – Owner and head chef of Cake Tease. Theresa and her crew specialize in baking not just delish tidbits, but amazing works of art. They can customize any cake for any occasion. Which is nothing sort of amazing.

Aside from making edible art, and being very nice, Theresa is a very interesting person. Once a pro-boarder, she comes from a family of bakers.

Oh, they also make cupcakes! they taste like little drops of heaven in your mouth. My favorites are the caramel (melted caramel in the middle of each one) and the cookies and cream, which was showcased at the Vancouver Cupcake Challenge.
