I ordered the Brisket Benny – holy moley hollandaise sauce heaven batman! the sauce was perfect, brilliant, a tangy master piece. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The yolk was runny and the egg flavours mixed with the hollandaise would make even the biggest chatterbox be quite and enjoy the moment. The brisket was subtle, and it was a great pairing. The eggs come paired with home fries, which you’ll need to sup off the rest of that excellent sauce.Sean ordered the Crispy Bacon-Spiked Pancakes – 3 light and fluffy pancakes with pieces of bacon in every bite. The maple syrup butter add a hint of sweetness. Paired together with a side of caramelized apples, this is a guaranteed to be a brunch favourite.
