World’s first fully transformable condo tower to be built in Central Surrey #BosaSPACE

The world’s first fully transformable homes built in a large-scale condo development debut today in the new University District tower in Surrey’s Central City. I was invited to preview this new development.

Bosa Properties is developing an entirely new form of housing called BosaSpace. This completely changes condo living.

Bosa Properties’ design team has spent over a year and a half working to turn this concept into reality. These are homes that use living space more effectevely but cost the same. BosaSPACE homes were carefully designed to offer competitive affordability, but with never-before-seen livability.

Having 8 plus guest for a dinner party? No problem. In a BosaSPACE home, the kitchen storage island can easily convert to an eight-person dining room table.

Working from home? The TV/entertainment area can quickly transform into a home office, or a space to accommodate an overnight guest. Bedrooms turn into living rooms, and vice versa.

There’s even a convenient storage space for stacking dining room chairs so they can be tucked out of sight when not in use.

The best part? All these adaptable home features are all included in the sale price!

One bedrooms start at $199,900

Two bedrooms from $299,900

Some of the amenities include: a fully equipped training gym and change rooms, relaxing courtyard with yoga cabana, reflecting ponds and meditation deck, a secure pet run area, an outdoor BBQ patio and my personal favourite: a fully furnished guest suite.

“Often, the true livability of an affordably-priced condo suffers as spaces get smaller and smaller,” says Vancouver housing analyst Michael Ferreira of Urban Analytics. “BosaSPACE is the first real solution we’ve seen and I expect that it will change the way planners, architects, designers and developers approach condominium design from here on. It’s groundbreaking.”

University District, the tower in which BosaSPACE will call home, is located steps to Central City’s Simon Fraser University campus, new Surrey City Hall and Public Library as well as Skytrain. BosaSPACE opens its show homes Nov. 14 at University Drive and 104 Avenue.
