Wine Review: Big House White

This is the type of wine you don’t mind doing time for! This wine from California is aromatic and sweet, and made with Malvasia Bianca, Muscat Canelli, Viognier, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, and White Riesling grapes. Quite the mix.

What stood out for me the most is the bouquet – it has floral notes and hints of citrus that come out nicely once you chill it.

This wine is pleasantly dry and has a mild sweetness that makes it a perfect cocktail wine.

This is a non-pretentious vintage that stands on its own merit. crisp and refreshing, it goes down dangerously easy. This writer might or might’ve not drank an entire bottle by herself.

Goes great with sushi, chicken and asian dishes.
