Tonight the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel hosted a launch party for their latest restaurant, ARC Restaurant & Lounge. With Executive Chefs Dana Hauser and Chef Alessandro Vianello taking reigns over this new fresh restaurant concept, we were greeted with delicious appetizer stations and wine, craft beers, and even tequila shots on the Fairmont Gold Lounge, with views of Coal Harbour in the horizons.
With the hustle and bustle of the launch, ARC Restaurant showcased its locally sourced suppliers such as Golden Ears Cheese and Village Farms tomatoes and showcasing the unique spacious open bar and modern decor.
No launch is complete without West Coast favorites: fresh oysters and spotted prawns – the highlight on most restaurant menus during the month of May.
The ARC is a great addition to the landscape of restaurants, hotel lounges, and bars at Canada Place and Coal Harbour. Props to Fairmont Waterfront for the facelift and new menu highlighting the best of West Coast classics like Deconstructed Crab Salad, Poached Local Salmon, and Pemberton Tenderloin of Beef Oscar, I’m looking forward to trying out ARC in the near future.
