Away from family for the holidays? All ‘orphans’ are invited to meet at the Chef’s Bench in ARC at The Fairmont Waterfront for a shared dinner, good conversation and a few new friends.
There is one seating at 6:00 p.m. and the three-course table d’hote menu is $65 for adults and $55 for seniors with Foraged Mushroom Bisque with chestnut milk, Family Style Carved Fraser Valley Turkey with whipped Pemberton potatoes, brioche and rosemary stuffing, glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts and turkey jus, and for dessert a Four Roses Bourbon Pecan Tart with house-churned pumpkin pie ice cream made with pumpkins and honey from the organic rooftop garden.
