Joe Fortes is celebrating spring by creating 5 different fish dishes to get you thinking of warmer weather and sun!
The features are available on the lunch menu (Monday to Friday 11am-4pm) and brunch (Saturday and Sunday 11am – 4pm) until March 29th.
Some of the features include:
Albacore Tuna – seared rare with pickled ginger beurre blanc.
Pacific Cod – parsley pistou and spring ratatouille
Rockfish – Santa Fe blackened with pineapple chutney and lemon oil.
Sole – brown butter, hazelnut and crispy capers
* all dishes are served with seasonal vegetables
