Chef Josh Gale (Master Chef Canada and owner of one of the most delectable Instagram accounts around); shows his love of cooking with every dish, bringing not just mastery, but passion and creativity to the table. I recently had a chance to taste Chef Josh Gale’s authentically Italian prix fixe lunch menu. The menu consists of your choice of a fresh salad and seasonal house made pasta which will make you feel as if you’ve visited Italy on your lunch hour. Each pasta dish is made fresh in house, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Choices include the following: PAPPARDELLE with pork ragu and kale TAGLIATELLE with fennel sausage and creamed garlic TORCHIETTI al pesto with smoked ricotta The lunch menu is available from 12-2pm Tuesday to Friday.
