The Canada Day ‘experts’ at FlyOver Canada host their annual fireworks party on July 1, 2015 at 8pm at Canada Place. Adults and families of all ages are invited to the celebration – which sells out yearly – to take in the fireworks show from a private viewing zone on the ‘flight deck’, while enjoying Vancouver’s hottest attraction FlyOver Canada, a simulated aerial adventure over Canada’s most stunning landscapes.
In addition to the fireworks, ride, and summer beats spun by DJ Mike Circa, guests will enjoy burgers and traditionally Canadian poutine served up by favourite local burger chain Vera’s Burger Shack. Cold refreshments are included and beer and wine will be available for purchase by those 19 years of age and older.
On July 1, FlyOver Canada will be open to the public from 9am-6pm, with rides commencing every 15 minutes. Due to high demand on Canada Day, only FastLane bookings are accepted, with some standby General Admission tickets available on the day. As such, FlyOver Canada recommends guests book in advance online.
FlyOver Canada welcomes guests of all ages, however, children must be at least 102cm (40″) to participate on the ride (approximate height of average an 4 year-old). Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian aged 14 years or older.
