Cocktails and rides are here!  Kicking off Friday, July 7 and running every Friday for the month, Playland is hosting four evenings dedicated to adults-only* (19+), with the grounds open for all sorts of fun, including midway games, rides and everything else. The grounds will be fully licensed, so guests can enjoy their favourite beverage throughout the park while enjoying the games and rides.

My friend Josh Rimer and I visited Playland last Friday. We really enjoyed the cocktails, including one of their signature drinks, the Candy Floss Martini. The kid’s free atmosphere includes special activations such as an axe-throwing station, and guest DJs to name a few.

Now I love kids, I really do. But it was a lot of fun to have the place to ourselves. This is really a fun summer date night. The ride lines were smaller, and if you show up right at opening, the lines are non-existence.

Playland Adult-Only Nights start on July 7th and will go on until the end of the month. 7 pm – till midnight.
