This week is exciting! Lots of great deals are to be had – both online and in-store. There’s Prime Day, free Root Beer, and free slurpees just in time for the summer sunshine and hot temperatures coming our way this week.

1. Amazon Prime – It’s Prime Day on July 16 starting 12pm PST (3pm EST)! For those who don’t know, Amazon.ca has a Prime membership for $79 a year in which you members can receive quicker, faster shipping times (2-day, overnight, or same day delivery depending on the city), free movie and music subscription, and more. To reward its Prime members, Amazon hosts Prime Day, offering various items for sale, free shipping, discounts such as 15% off Whole Food items available online, and more! For those looking for items like the Instant Pot, Amazon Prime Day maybe your best bet for a great deal.
2. A&W – You get a root beer, I get a root beer, everyone gets a root beer! It’s Free Root Beer day at A&W on Saturday, July 14th at all participating A&W locations. Make sure you ask for it in a frosted mug. If you aren’t able to grab one on July 14th, check your mail – there were some free root beer coupons sent by snail mail a couple weeks ago. You can also sign up for coupons online here where you can get a free root beer coupon for a limited time.
3. 7-Eleven – Every year 7-Eleven celebrates it’s birthday on July 11th (7-11) with free slurpees. This year they are offering the first 1500 guests at their 7-Eleven locations across Canada (from 11am-7pm) a free small slurpee. Happy birthday 7-Eleven!
