Blue Grouse’s Paula Sparkling

Who doesn’t love to hear a bottle pop at a holiday party? The winery’s super limited bubbly is well balanced and off dry. It finished with elderflower and a lingering lemon-lime citrus. Pair with grilled peaches, goat cheese or oysters. Available online and at the winery for $31.00.
