Nyala Restaurant is located on Main St and its been a Vancouver staple for over 20 years. They specialize in Ethiopian, Moroccan and South African food. It’s a great place for a small gathering, or a cozy dinner. The service is not rushed and the owner usually comes out and speaks to the customers. It’s a great family owned restaurant.
Some of their signature dishes include their humus and the fried squid. Also try the lentil salad.
They’re open for dinner at 5pm until 11:30pm every night. They also feature live entertainment.
