Ford Lincoln is debuting it’s latest luxury car – The New 2015 Lincoln MKC – a luxury SUV that consists of LED welcome mats, special Deepsoft Bridge of Weir leather, assisted parallel parking (both into and out of the parking spot), and specialty mobile app that allows you to start your car, and lock and unlock your cars. For its debut in Vancouver, we were invited to a luxury tasting event at Sugar Studios.

Lincoln celebrated the debut of its small luxury crossover vehicle with local Chef Nicolas Hipperson from Raincity Grill – making luxury west coast tapas for guests to enjoy. A bar was available which offered Long Table Distillery Vodka & Gin highballs, wine, and specialty champagne beverage that included a sugar cube infused with Bittered Sling flavor extracts such as Clingston Peach and Orange & Juniper.

Chef Hipperson prepared some delicious tapas including a salmon tartare in a waffle cone, pear gelee on top of blue cheese and shortbread cookie, chicken and apricot tartare with quail egg, seared ahi tuna, and wild mushroom risotto. Overall this was a great blend of west coast with luxury. Thank you to the organizers at Lincoln for hosting such as exclusive preview of great food and a luxury new automobile addition to the Vancouver market.
