Summer is here, hello warm weather and hot nights. Hello patio season!

Earls has unveiled a fresh new summer menu that includes something for everyone, like this Crispy Thai Prawns served on a bed of greens with a spicy vinaigrette full of flavours.

Or the Spinach and Berry Salad – which goes perfectly with a glass of chilled white wine in one of Earls great summer patios.

Cocktails are king at Earls this summer. Here are some of my favourite –  The Pomegranate Vanilla Mojito – made with smirnoff vanilla vodka, mint, pomegranate and fresh lime.

The Mexican Bulldog – Lime Margarita served with an upside down Corona – not for the faint of heart, but simply delicious.

The Bees Knees -Hendricks gin, cointreau, honey, fresh lemon and angostura bitters served in an adorable old-fashioned honey bear jar.

 Aside from great cocktails, Earls wants you to know that great nights aren’t just for the weekend. Starting now, Earls #itsaschoolnight promotion has great features for  $5 – like these nachos. Earls has taken a twist to this classic dish by adding chipotle cheese sauce and using their house made lime salted white corn chips. The promotion runs this summer Sunday thru Thursday until September 9th.

Other features this summer include Coronas, Margaritas, Chicken Tacos and extra shot of premium El Jimador tequila. All for $5.
