My next stop on Richard Wolak’s Taco Challenge took me across the bridge to Cambie.
The Just Had a Little Lamb is chefs Alex Newton & Sam Omdal’s entry for the Vancouver Taco Challenge – a lamb confit taco braised in red wine with chipotle lamb jus, served with brussel sprout slaw and grilled pineapple pico de gallo on fresh grilled corn tortillas. Other flavours include slow roasted peppers, hop salts and adobo.
The dish is offered daily from 11 am until close. $10 for 3 tacos.
