What would you do if you had the chance?
Last week I shared this video: “The Recital” by Quaker embraces the love of family and the idea that each day is a new opportunity to do more of the good things that matter; not allow the pace of modern life to get in the way.
This theme hit home for me. As a mother, a professional and a blogger, my life is so full, and sometimes it’s the closest people to me that suffer. It’s so easy to get bogged down in day-to-day tasks I can often lose sight of what truly matters.
And it’s not just me! Canadians are tweeting everyday about how busy they are: in 2014, there were over 30 million Tweets in Canada related to being busy, being overworked and having too much to do. Oddly enough, the most important or fulfilling things don’t make it onto our to-do lists.
