Potter’s House of Horrors is back for 2016 and scarier than ever. This haunted house is a Surrey tradition that brings animatronics, actors and props to create a unique and truly horrific experience! (In a good way).
I’ve been a fan of Potter’s for a long time, and I couldn’t wait for Dylan to be old enough to go with him. I was very excited for Li’l Haunters – a kids-only experience that’s not too scary for children 12 and under. Dylan loved it. The haunted house is more like a maze and not too scary or dark with no loud noises nor actors.
Li’l Haunters is open nightly 4:00pm to 7:00pm nightly, and 12:00 to 7:00pm weekends.
For the adults, the true haunts open at 7:00pm. Potter’s is offering two new haunted houses: Monstrosity and The Swampin’ Slaughterhouse. Both equally disturbing. So messed up in fact, that a chicken-o-meter is installed in front of the house – it goes off every time a patron can’t complete the house and makes a hasty exit.
The houses are truly terrifying, excellent actors and animatronics complete the horrific illusions. No pictures allowed inside I’m afraid, so you’ll have to use your imaginations.
Potter’s House of Horrors runs until October 31. Get your tickets here.
This is so cool! We live in Vancouver and my nephew would love this! Thanks for the idea! :)
