Ribs, I love them. There’s nothing better than a good, home-cooked rib meal.
Since I love ribs so much, I’m always looking for ways to “spice up” my ribs to elevate the recipe. I’m a fan of pre-cooking my ribs on the crock pot, for that tenderness and fall-off-the-bone goodness.
Cooking ribs it’s really quite simple. The only secret is to make sure to keep them on the crockpot cooking on high for at least 8 hours. After that, the most important part is to carefully select your BBQ sauce. I chose Grace Food’s Jerk BBQ Sauce.
After slow-cooking the ribs, all you do is heat the oven to 375 degrees (Fahrenheit). Transfer the ribs from the slow cooker to a baking sheet and brush them with Grace Foods Jerk BBQ Sauce goodness until they’re all covered. Bake the ribs until the sauce caramelizes and sticks to the meat, around 10 -15 minutes.
This method will leave you with the most delectable, melt in your mouth ribs that you’ve ever tasted. The Grace Foods Jerk BBQ Sauce has a nice kick to it, but it’s sweet enough not to be spicy. Trust me when I say that if you use this as your BBQ sauce of choice the taste will be memorable.
