We’re a week out before back to school! Time to do some last minute shopping – whether for kids, for yourself starting university, or just because you want to treat yourself to something nice (perhaps a back to work outfit?) This week we highlight some more ways you can save – clothing, electronics, and more!

1. Aritzia – For the ladies, this deal is for you! The infamous Aritzia Warehouse Sale is back Wednesday August 29 to Sunday, September 3rd at the Vancouver Convention Centre West. Offering 50-90% off both past season and some new season products – get there early for the best deals possible. Be prepared though – lineups can be hours long, and make sure to bring only a small enough purse that fits your wallet only – no handbags/shoulder bags/backpacks are allowed in and must be checked in. 2. Journeys – Your kids need new shoes? You need new shoes? Make sure to check out the Sales section on Journeys website or in store to save up to 75% off. They are currently having a huge sale – Vans sneakers for kids range $19.99-$39.99, adult sneakers on sale from $29.99 and up! There’s a variety of brands – adidas, Converse, Vans, etc. Pick up a pair or two, or more. You can also check in store as prices are similar and you can save the shipping as that’s $5.95 per order online. Also, don’t forget to sign up online for their e-newsletter, receive a $5 coupon off next purchase order online or in-store!
3. Ikea – For those heading to college/university and need furniture, Ikea is having a sale! 15% off desks and bed frames, 25% off all work lamps, and more! Plus if you spend over $200 before taxes until August 31, you can dine for free at the Ikea cafe. Eat at Ikea, show your receipt when you pay for your furniture, and they will deduct the dining receipt from your total. Time to take the family and head shopping at Ikea.
