Some wines are easy to drink. Others make you pause for a second. “A Moment in Time” is a limited-edition rosé. It is from Moments Hospitality Collective in collaboration with Le Vieux Pin. This wine lands somewhere in between. It’s local, intentional, and made with a clear point of view.
This isn’t a mass-produced label trying to tell a story. It’s a collaboration rooted in BC. The wine was crafted using estate-grown fruit from the Okanagan, then bottled in Vancouver through Enotecca Wineries. A 70 per cent pinot noir and 30 per cent cabernet franc blend, it lands clean and balanced. The kind of rosé you reach for on a patio without overthinking it.
A Collaboration That Feels Real
What makes this one stand out is how it came together. Representatives from each Moments location sat down at Water Street Cafe to taste and finalize the blend. Different palates, different perspectives, one shared goal. You can feel that in the final product. It’s not trying to impress. It just works.
Founder Eli Brennan puts it simply. The goal is to showcase local suppliers and highlight the craftsmanship we have here in BC. And you can tell that wasn’t just a line for the press release. It shows up in the glass.
Where to Try “A Moment in Time”
You’ll find “A Moment in Time” at all Moments Hospitality locations, including:

It’s available by the glass for $12.50 or $34.95 by the bottle, while it lasts. And it probably won’t last long.
BC Winemaker Dinners to Mark the Release
To celebrate the launch, they’re hosting two winemaker dinners that feel like the right way to experience this wine. Not rushed. Not loud. Just good food, good wine, and time to sit with it.
The dinners will be led by Séverine Pinte, who brings a deep understanding of both viticulture and the Okanagan’s character.
- April 15 at Nanoose Bay Cafe
- April 16 at Water Street Cafe
Both start at 6:30 p.m. with a four-course tasting menu and pairings. Tickets are $149 plus tax and gratuity, and you can book through Moments Hospitality.
Why This One Matters
There’s a lot of talk about supporting local. This actually does it. From vineyard to bottle to table, it stays in BC. It brings together people who care about what they’re making, without overcomplicating the experience for the person drinking it.
“A Moment in Time” feels like exactly that. A pause. A glass you have with friends when the light is just right and nobody’s in a rush to leave.
And honestly, those are the moments that stick.
