Summer feels different at Provence Marinaside.

The marina views, waterfront patio, and bright wines create one of Vancouver’s best warm weather experiences.

This season, Provence Marinaside introduces a private-label sparkling wine, an expanded rosé collection, and two new cocktails.

Provence Marinaside Launches Limited Edition Sparkling Wine

Provence Marinaside partnered with Haywire Winery to create a limited-edition Brut Nature sparkling wine. The winery produced only 504 bottles.

The wine blends 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay from organically farmed Summerland fruit.

Winemakers aged the sparkling wine for 62 months before disgorging it in May 2026. The result delivers crisp acidity, mineral notes, and a clean finish.

Wine Director Joshua Carlson wanted a sparkling wine perfect for oysters, brunch, and patio afternoons. Guests can order the wine by the glass for $19 or by the bottle for $80.

Celebrating BC Wine Partnerships

The collaboration reflects a long friendship between Provence owner and Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia and Haywire co-founder Christine Coletta.

Their teams built the wine through years of shared dinners, projects, and support within BC’s hospitality industry.

The custom label also celebrates both brands.

Town Hall Brands designed the bottle using colours and details inspired by Provence’s waterfront location.

Provence Marinaside Expands Its Summer Rosé Collection

Rosé takes centre stage at Provence this summer.

The restaurant now offers 33 rosés, including 12 sparkling wines and champagnes.

Guests can order 17 rosés by the glass starting at $12.

The list includes French favourites like Château Minuty and Domaines Ott.

The collection also highlights Canadian wineries from the Okanagan and Nova Scotia.

Featured Canadian wines include Blue Mountain Winery, Lakeside Cellars, Phantom Creek Estates, and Benjamin Bridge.

Introducing Summer Cocktails

Assistant Wine Director and Bar Manager Ryan Johnson created two seasonal cocktails for summer sipping.

The Yuzu Spritz combines Provence’s sparkling wine with yuzu curaçao, apricot liqueur, dry vermouth, and lemon juice.

The cocktail tastes bright, citrusy, and refreshing.

The Lavender Haze blends Mirabeau Rosé Gin, Provence Rosé, St. Germain, lavender, lemon juice, and soda.

The drink brings floral flavours without overwhelming sweetness.

Bringing the South of France to Vancouver

Provence Marinaside continues to deliver one of Vancouver’s most beautiful patio experiences.

The False Creek waterfront setting feels relaxed, vibrant, and unmistakably summery.

The new sparkling wine, rosés, and cocktails capture that atmosphere perfectly.
