Subway’s Carl’s Crew is back! Week 6 Challenge #Contest


I can’t believe how fast these six weeks have flown by. Thanks to all of you who participated in the contests. I loved to read all your tweets. This week’s challenge will hopefully feel like a reward for all of the hard work you’ve done and everything you’ve accomplished during the past five challenges.

The final challenge comes directly from Carl SavardSubway Canada’s Commit to Fit Ambassador!

This week’s challenge is to take 30 minutes for your own personal health goals each day. This could mean taking a 30-minute walk, listening to a podcast on the latest health trends, or reading a magazine to learn about new exercise routines or healthy dinner ideas. No matter what your individual training schedule is, it’s important to take time to turn down the intensity of exercise and let your body recover. One of my client in the past wanted to do an African Safari when she would retire. She was only in the middle of her forties and I asked her: “Have you ever made some researches about those kind of trip? You could take 30 minutes a day to make some websearch.” she realised after some research that she just never realised that trip could be made way sooner if she really wanted to. If you’re going through a lot of stress these days, don’t hesitate to use that 30 minutes as a stress releaser doing a short yoga session to refocus, going for a 30 minutes walk to bring some fresh air to your brain or even playing music (that’s one of mine Emoji). Sometimes when I’m in writing mode or doing some book-keeping for hours, I stop and go play the piano or the guitar for 30 minutes and come back to work with a new energy.

  6. I have been journaling for a while not. Somedays its hard to remember when you get busy etc but for the most part its going well!
