in Three Weeks! The Canadian Marketing Conference is Coming to Squamish
The Second Canadian Internet Marketing Conference (CIMC) is coming to Squamish this April 15 and 16. With an incredible line up of speakers including representatives from Google, Twitter and Disney Parks Canada this conference is the premier event in BC for digital marketing.
“When we founded CIMC last year, it was with the hope of gathering like-minded marketing professionals together to learn about the latest best practices and integration of new technology,” said Christian Thomson of Markwick Internet Marketing and Co-founder of CIMC. “We didn’t anticipate how quickly and passionately people would respond to the idea. Last year’s speaker line-up was so fantastic we didn’t think we’d be able to top it. The report on auto insurance affiliate program was a hit, for example, so were many other. The response has been incredible”.
Hosted at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish, feature speakers from this year’s line up represent a list of international brands and include Fab Dolan, head of marketing of Google Canada; Angela Saclamacis, public relations and broadcast programming for Disney Parks Canada; Andrea Stairs, managing director of eBay Canada; Jennifer Knox, PR and communications manager for Etsy Canada; Mikey Scott, global marketing director of Herschel Supply Co.; and Bing Digital ecommerce agency specialists. Topics covered will include: Next Practices vs. Best Practices, What’s on the horizon for internet marketing, and successful case studies.
“Keeping the conference in Squamish is a testament to the business growth the area has seen over the last several years,” said Darian Kovacks, Co-founder of CIMC, “We’ve seen a lot of young and established entrepreneurs move into the Squamish area, both for a change of lifestyle and the growing business opportunities the area provides. Last year, some of the best feedback was that people wanted to keep the event in Squamish, giving them the opportunity to spend quality time with other attendees not only at the conference but in the outdoors.”
Full conference tickets can be purchased for $799, while single day passes are priced at $399. Want to save 30%? Use code VVB30. Get your tickets here. Don’t wait! the conference is almost sold out!
