This week we are celebrating a couple of fashion-related events which you can find some shopping deals at, and a freebie tour of Vancouver for both locals and visitors to the city.

1. Uniqlo – Opening its 4th location in the Lower Mainland, Uniqlo celebrates it’s grand opening at Coquitlam Centre on Friday, September 14th. Follow Uniqlo’s Facebook Grand Opening event to find out the latest deals. Grand Opening specials include $59.90 for Blocktech parkas for men and women, $19.90 for flannel shirts, and more. 2. Hudson’s Bay – The Style Social is Hudson’s Bay Downtown Vancouver’s annual ladies’ fashion night event. This year, The Style Social is taking place this Thursday, September 13th from 5-7pm. This ladies’ night out event will be filled with shopping deals on the latest fashion – clothing, shoes and accessories. 3. Free Tours of Vancouver – Looking to learn more about Vancouver? Have guests from out of town? Visiting the city? Enjoy a free walking tour! Vancouver Toonie Tours offers two free tours of Vancouver – The Surf Tour or the Turf Tour – both offering knowledgeable tours of downtown Vancouver. Tour Guys also offers free walking tours of Vancouver – 4 different neighbourhood tours which offer insight into the past and present of Vancouver. All tours are free, but tips are always welcomed!
