The Vancouver Foodster Best Sangria Challenge is running from September 13-October 7, 2018 at restaurants all over Vancouver! You taste & vote! Restaurants and bars from all over the city are invited to enter their Sangria creations into this challenge, most have created a special creation just for this occasion!
As a media judge for this challenge, some things help me judge my favourite sangria creations – originality, creativity, uniqueness, traditional, non-traditional, price, value, and most importantly taste.
All participating restaurants are counting on you to vote for your favourites drinks (you can vote once per day throughout the promotion, voting ends on October 7, 2018.

The ImPEACHment Sangria
Bright tropical flavors, hints of floral and peppery notes with a warm yet refreshing finish.
The Rise Eatery 3121 Granville Street

Poplar Grove Pinot Gris, tequila Reposado infused with charred jalapeño pepper. kiwi fruit, cucumber and juicy watermelon. Fever Tree Tonic provides the fizz and a sprinkle of passion fruit bubble bombs adds an extra burst of flavor. Finished with a dollop of our house made raspberry sorbet and a mouthwatering charred jalapeño pepper.
