CinCin Ristorante is celebrating 25 years in downtown Vancouver, with a special commemorative menu that blends this iconic restaurant true hospitality with classic and contemporary flavours.
CinCin’s longevity in a rare thing in Vancouver’s demanding and competitive restaurant market.
The Anniversary Menu has been expertly crafted by Executive Chef Andrew Richardson, and it consist of four courses starting September 11th until Monday, October 5th. The price is $79 per person plus tax and gratuity, with suggested wine pairings available.
Master Mixologist and Bar Manager David Wolowdnyk has also created a unique and tasty cocktail to commemorate CinCin’s anniversary. The CinCin 2.5 cocktail consists of Aperol, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Basil, Lemon and Prosecco.
