For the past 30 years, The Wellness Show has been helping Vancouverites achieve their healthiest selves. Founded in 1992 by Jeannette Savard, it’s Vancouver’s premier and longest-running healthy, holistic lifestyle showcase.

“When I started The Wellness Show in 1992,” says Jeannette, “I knew that Vancouverites were interested in how to better live a healthy lifestyle. But I had no idea that 30 years on, we’d still be so in demand. Vancouver is the perfect city for The Wellness Show, it combines everything we’re passionate about: an active lifestyle, healthy food and holistic therapies.”

The 2023/30th Anniversary show will take place on February 11 & 12 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East, bringing together 200+ exhibitors and 100 workshops, seminars and demonstrations for visitors to explore.

Exhibitors at the 2023 event will cover topics related to food and lifestyle (including vegan, keto, and gluten-free options), exercise and yoga, holistic healing practices such as massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupressure, shiatsu, acupuncture, the metaphysical, meditation, supplements, natural skincare, candles, pet wellness, essential oils, jewellery, home goods, and wellness resorts.

In recent years, our primary interactions have been limited to online platforms, making it a delight to be able to have in-person events again! Furthermore, there are many perks at the show such as snacks, samples and freebies!

This year’s highlights include a full Pickleball court, live cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs (including the return of chef Tojo), and three presentation stages dedicated to cooking demos, women & wellness and living well.
