#CarlsCrew is Back! Week 1 #Contest

Carl’s Crew is back! For the next four weeks I’ll be posting healthy challenges straight from Carl Savard, Subway Canada‘s Commit to Fit ambassador.

This week’s challenge is all about UNFINISHED BUSINESS. Unfinished tasks are one of the biggest stresses in our lives. It’s almost a catch 22 – the busiest we are, the more we leave unfinished. It’s a vicious circle.

I encourage you to create a list of three things you’ve been putting off and you’d like to complete this month. It could be anything from loosing 5 pounds to cleaning up your wardrobe.

Here’s my To Do List for the next month:

  1. Loose 5 pounds
  2. Start running again and have a running routine in place by the end of the month
  3. Clean out my closet and donate clothing to charity

  31. I am getting the spare room changed into the grandkids room, they will be spending a lot more time at Nana’s home while the parent are out of town!
